What To Expect In Discovery Session

02 — Show up to have a honest conversation
We’ll discuss your current role, identify 2-3 specific challenges that is holding you back. When we discuss these challenges, we will be very grounded and specific. You will help me to help you. We don’t want theoritical answers, I want to hear if I have walked the road and can be honest with it. I will dig deep into why face these challenges, understand your framework/tools that you actively apply. This gives me a glimpse of where your blind spots are. You will get to hear my perspective on these topics and gauge it yourself if I will be a good fit for your challenges.
Please note that to qualify for a discovery session, you must be actively employed or running a business, for you to leverage coaching and put in practice. I currently do not take students.
