Deep-Dive Leadership Workshop (3-Hour Intensive)
Dedicated 1:1 workshop, to go deep on a specific challenge, brainstorming and action planning. Each workshop is about 3 hours excluding breaks. Suitable for going deep on pivotal decisions, toxic relationship with manager, career moves with a new company, internal mobility with role or team change. Conducted in person. Can accept virtual meetup on need basis.
Group Coaching for Engineering Managers
Work with a group of professionals on specific real world use cases, ideating and practicing with role plays. Suitable if you like learning as a group and share ideas with like minded professionals. Role play exercises, is great for instant feedback and emulates real world work environment.
